NXTGEN MINISTRIES

AG Fiji NXTGEN Ministries serves the 4 divisions of the Assemblies of God (Fiji) and their 427 churches. NXTGEN Ministries primarily involves Young Adults and Teens. We exist to advance the vision of a healthy youth ministry in every community marked by spiritual growth.

Our mission is to make disciples who make disciples in 7 dimensions; Bible, Spirit, Mission, Prayer, Worship, Service and Generosity. We do this nationally by our National NXTGEN Conferences; divisionally by our leadership trainings and leaders retreats; and by hosting district and section rallies. Also Included in NextGen ministries are Girls Ministries, Royal Rangers, and Kids Ministries (KidMin).

Kidmin Logo

KidMin is centered around the 7 Dimensions of a Spirit-filled disciple ensuring every leader, no matter the size of church, location, or budget, has access to a discipleship strategy with a comprehensive family of resources that empowers you to make disciples who make disciples.

A Spirit-empowered disciple is a lifelong follower of Jesus; living like Christ in community as He forms us into Spirit-led, lifelong learners and followers. A disciple can be identified by these 7 Dimensions.

Bible, Holy Spirit, Mission, Prayer, Worship, Service, Generosity.

Bible: Disciples love and understand God’s Big Story and are able to interpret and apply God’s Word well.

Holy Spirit: Disciples are born again and understand that the Holy Spirit is God. They understand His roles (Comforter, Teacher, etc.), sense God’s presence, and are beginning to learn how to hear God’s voice and exercise their gifts.

Mission: Disciples know God uniquely designed each person and has a plan for them. They seek to support local and global missions.

Prayer: Disciples begin to develop a daily habit of prayer and to learn about fasting.

Worship: Disciples learn to respond to God in worship to show how much they love Him and want to obey Him. They understand that God is worthy of all their worship because of who He is.

Service: Disciples understand the meaning and importance of serving. They understand that God has a plan to save all people so they may serve Him and each other.

Generosity: Disciples say thank you to Jesus for His love with offerings and learn about God’s heart for everyone.

These 7 Dimensions provide measurable outcomes to help churches plan with the end goal in mind and serve as the framework for a kids ministry strategy to make disciples who make disciples.

Royal_Rangers Logo

The Royal Rangers program is an activity-based, small group church ministry for boys and young men in grades K-12. Our mission is to evangelize, equip and empower the next generation of Christlike men and lifelong servant leaders. We provide Christlike character formation and servant leadership development for boys and young men in a highly relational and fun environment.

The Royal Rangers program is a cross-generational ministry that interconnects well with children, youth and adult ministries and fits easily into the fabric of pastoral vision and into the flow of church ministries. We affirm the male hands-on, interactive learning style by featuring an intentional discipleship journey for boys and young men based on their unique design, needs and interests. Every meeting, outing or service activity is designed to encourage boys and young men in their walk with God.

We provide men with the tools to model Christlike manhood as they mentor boys on a Bible-based, Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered journey to maturity in the faith. Boys learn to study and apply what the Bible says about integrity, doctrine, biblical worldview, cultural issues and manhood. In addition, the Royal Rangers ministry molds boys into servant leaders, teaching them vital social, equipping, attitude, leadership and service skills.

Girls Ministries Logo

Girls Ministries is a church-based discipleship program that has a legacy of godly women coming alongside girls, guiding them on a path to become mature and godly women. Our goal is simple: To see every girl moving toward a deep relationship with Jesus Christ, and to realize her importance and potential in the kingdom of God.

What Makes Girls Ministries Different?

Girls Ministries discipleship program is the premier program for preschool through high school girls in the world. No other girls ministry program has our variety of activities, focused discipleship track, or a 65-year proven track record of helping girls become confident, godly women who are leaders in the church, home, and world. Why Gender-Specific?

Research shows girls learn more quickly and deeply when they are taught by a role model. Girls need a real-life example. When a girl understands what it means to be a godly woman, she aspires to the design that God intended. A single-gender classroom has many benefits, but the greatest of these is for a girl to feel safe and secure in her discovery of who God intended her to be. â€‹â€‹

The Bottom Line: Relationships

Girls encounter challenging situations as they grow up. By intentionally fostering relationships between girls and leaders through Girls Clubs, you can create a safe environment for girls to discuss issues they face and get godly counsel. Most importantly, Girls Ministries Girls Clubs show each girl that God loves her and wants a relationship with her.
